How to Reserve

 

You are responsible for making your own reservation by clicking the button below, which will take you to the Meliá reservation page.  The rates above are only available through this link. If you call the hotel, they will direct you to this link. 

 

Note that the reservation page indicates the room's regular rate (not the bridge rate).  You will receive the bridge rate upon check-out.

When booking, an email address is requested. Subsequent to booking, you will receive an email requesting a one-night deposit to guarantee your reservation. The deposit, which will be credited in full against your stay, will be made at the room's regular rate rather than the bridge rate.

Cancellations

• Cancellations should be made in writing to the Hotel Reservations Department at melia.puerto.vallarta@melia.com.

• Cancellations received before September 9 are without penalty.

• Cancellations received between September 9 and October 8 will forfeit their deposit. 

• Cancellations received after October 8 will incur a full stay charge.

• No-shows and early departures also will incur a charge equivalent to the full nights reserved.

The bridge rate is available until August 25, 2026, while supplies last. A limited number of rooms are available at the special bridge rate, so early reservation is recommended.

​

Upgrades from the room types provided on the reservation page will not receive the bridge rate.

If you have any special requests, such as dietary preferences, number of beds, or room location, or if you need a walk-in shower or accessible room, please make your request on the reservation form in the area provided for comments/requests.
